Assist in developing and implementing the Agency’s Prescription Drug Referral Program in a manner that reflects our core values: collaborate as partners, compassion in action, supportive by nature, act with integrity, innovate with purpose, be community-centered, and pursue exceptional quality.

 Duties and Responsibilities:
Utilize Extensive Internet Skills:
  • Link clients to prescription resources and enter services into the Agency’s ROMA database. We prioritize exceptional quality, ensuring every entry is accurate and reflects our commitment to exceeding expectations.

Observe Confidentiality & Integrity:
  • Act with unwavering integrity and trust when handling HIPAA-protected data. You are expected to be responsible and accountable for maintaining the highest ethical standards, both on and off-site.

Maintain Records:
  • Create accurate, complete, and legible records as required by funding guidelines. We hold high expectations for reliability, ensuring our data is honest and consistent with federal and agency standards.

Client Support & Compassion:
  • Provide follow-up services, including paperwork assistance and referrals. As partners, we model "compassion in action" by being supportive-by-nature, practicing no judgment, and truly listening to the needs of those we serve.

Community Connection:
  • Travel frequently to off-site locations using reliable transportation and a valid Oklahoma Driver’s License. Remain community centered by being collaborative with our allies and building strong connections that value all.

WORKING CONDITIONS:
Work is conducted in a fast‑paced office environment with frequent interruptions. Most work centers on serving clients, maintaining internet-based prescription drug referral databases, completing related paperwork, and demonstrating strong organizational skills. Must possess the strength and stamina to remain seated for up to 90 minutes at a time with minimal fatigue or discomfort. May lift and carry general office supplies and equipment typically weighing less than 30 pounds. Requires the ability to stand and walk throughout the day. Local travel to meetings and business sites is expected. Environmental demands include an air‑conditioned building with fluorescent lighting, moderate exposure to weather conditions, and regular exposure to computer monitors.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
  • Must be computer literate in word processing, spreadsheet, database, and internet programs.
  • Proficient in Spanish to support our multicultural client base.
  • Ability to work with people from diverse cultures, backgrounds, and economic levels with compassion, respect, and without bias.
  • Strong interpersonal skills that support collaboration and partnership.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to pursuing exceptional quality.

QUALIFICATIONS PREFERRED:
  • Prefer extensive background in prescription medications, equivalencies, and alternatives.
